WIREFRAMES HATCHSTERS' MATCHMORELOTTO

Hatchster loves the gaming sphere and operates in both the B2C and B2B markets specialising in building online applications for consumers practising a halo approach to engagement and retention. Main responsibility was producing graphical UI designs & elements - concepts, wireframes, customer journeys and guidelines.

MatchMoreLotto is Hatchster's consumer facing, e-commerce site for lottery syndicates. The challenge here was to review the UI/UX (User Experience) on www.matchmorelotto.com and suggest improvements using wireframes and a one page brief on what should be done to reduce on site drop-off and increase sales conversion.

They also wanted users to understand that they were the only lottery syndicate site offering an engaging reward programme that was "good value for money." They also needed to be visually appealing and show a degree of trustworthiness.

I’ve singled out some of the wireframes and chosen the samples for each one. The mobile versions of wireframes for smart phones and tablets are not shown here on this online portfolio.

Prototypes

PROTOTYPES FOR HATCHSTERS' MATCHMORELOTTO

MatchMoreLotto is Hatchster's consumer facing, e-commerce site for lottery syndicates.

CHALLENGE
To create an appealing, upsell offer page, with exit and bolt on offers. The client wanted to eliminate the notion that this service was perceived as a “scam” because of the lack of understanding and to convince users that a lottery syndicate is legitimate. The other challenge was to ensure that customers recognize the brand.

OBJECTIVES:
To be the preferred and trusted lottery syndicate site within a year.

SOLUTION:
To encourage trustworthiness I created real life personas who were successful, to help match interest to brand attributes thereby telling a story of their experience.
These would create an interest, trust, empathy, assurance and belief in the possibility of a win.
Gave the branding a clean vector like simple, compelling but bold look using consistent colours in the layout, reflecting the brand plus large bootstrap buttons for easy touch gestures on mobile devices.
