WHAT FILES DO YOU REQUIRE?
DigitizeThis prefers to create mock-ups from scratch using stock photography or from any available images you might have. PSD, PNG or AI files are more than welcome. Please contact me if your mockup is in a different format. Ensure that it is layered so that you get better quality sliced images. Font files would also be a bonus as well as accompanying screenshots of how your site might look on mobile devices as well as on bigger screens.
WHAT IF I NEED MY WEBSITE RE-SKINNED ?
Supply us with the site files to work with - html, css, images, javascript files, etc that are used to display your website. Some screenshots of the desired look of the pages are welcome, so as to ensure that the final markup is exactly how you intended it to be.
WHAT IF I HAVE NO LAYERED DESIGN FILES?
DigitizeThis is more than happy to create the code from scratch with images you have available. JPEG or PDF. I must hint that layered files are very essential. Flattened files offer a lot of restrictions.

PAYMENT PROCESS
DO YOU RECEIVE PAYMENTS UPFRONT?
DigitizeThis accepts only upfront payments but a 50% deposit is required before any work is done. The balance is paid at the end of the project. I will create the XHTML/CSS/Javascript for the first page and send it to you. Once you've reviewed the markup and you're satisfied with the design and code, I start cracking and you can complete the payment at the end of the project. Pretty straightforward.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS?
Yes! Of course. DigitizeThis has a standard discount scheme for any returning customers. Orders over £1500 per month will get you a 10% discount for the following month. I can also generate an personal discount scheme for customers willing to commit to a long-term business relationship.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS?
PayPal® generally. Use the payment process on the DigitizeThis website which uses PayPal - the safest payment system online or send the money via online banking. Our bank details will be on the invoices you receive.

That is standard at DigitizeThis. DigitizeThis offers implementation and integration into WordPress, Concrete5 and Magento Enterprise edition. Should you require integration into other CMS like Drual or Joomla, please email me to find out if I can work with the CMS you require.
